You will learn how to interrupt that process and easily reprogram yourself to use daily pressures to achieve higher levels of balance and performance, instead of allowing it to degrade your health and vitality. When this is done properly, many of the ill effects of prior stress can be significantly reduced or entirely eliminated:

Private Session:
The Long Lunch Session

This novel approach to stress management training is held at various restaurants in the SF Bay Area and is the most convenient way
for busy professionals to learn and apply Joseph's Thriving and Instant Stress Reduction techniques.

Being conducted over a two-hour lunch allows a discussion of the dietary aspects of stress management. It also affords a comfortable and safe venue, outside of the work environment, to understand and tailor the techniques to the unique particulars of the individual. Weather permitting and after lunch, we take a casual stroll outside, along the bay or in a park, to practice the techniques one-on-one and set the stage for applying them in the future. The session ends with a written commitment for applying techniques that will be discussed in the included follow-up phone session. 

Two sessions will be required to learn the core Thriving training.
