How to Master Stress and Anxiety

By Joseph Giove, Clinical Hypnotist

"As I look back at where I was 6 months ago, I am amazed
at the changes that have occurred... for me this means less stress and tension,
more energy, improved health and a happier family life..."
- K.W., Kennewick, WA

My name is Joseph Giove. My expertise in stress mastery and performance optimization is the result of 15 years as a MindBody Wellness Coach and Clinical Hypnotist.

I have invested literally thousands of hours helping people transform stress and perform at their peak using breakthrough MindBody techniques that are incredibly potent and life changing.

Did you know that stress not only stops you from being healthy, it also keeps you from expressing your greatest potential? Aren't both of these very important to you?

Could you use more energy, improved memory, deeper sleep, fewer colds and flues, better mental clarity and focus, hightened sexual performance, unflappable inner peace, less anxiety and worry, and more of every good thing that life has to offer?

Stress limits you from experiencing these life affirming attributes. To make matters worse, the underlying cause of your stress is growing. Doesn't it seem this way to you?

Doesn't your life seem more complex and stressful than it was just a few short years ago?

Through working with many individuals, groups and corporations over the years I have discovered something alarming about stress that I want to share with you. And I have also discovered a solution... a very powerful solution.

Medical studies conclude that stress is a modern blight. You might be surprised to know that stress is the reason for nearly two-thirds of all doctor visits. Stress also underlies cancer, heart disease and other chronic diseases including depression, chronic fatigue and even diabetes.

Sadly, many people don't realize how insidious and accumulative stress can be on their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing until it has done tremendous and often irreversible damage.

The reason is simple: your body responds to most stress automatically, without you even knowing it! This unconscious response to stress manifests in the MindBody as headaches, elevated blood pressure, heart flutter, shortness of breath, chronically tense muscles, anxiety, weight gain, aching joints, endless pessimism, sleepless nights and uncontrollable mood swings.

And these are just a few of the damaging effects of stress when it goes unmanaged.

Are you experiencing any of these symptoms?

Many talented, strong, intuitive and successful people just like you do not notice the body's unconscious, unhealthy response to life's daily demands.

I can hear your objections, voiced over and over again by my clients:

...but my stress is different

...but I'm tough; that won't happen to me

...just as soon as my kids are older I'll be able to face my own stress

...but my stress will only go away when my boss gives me some space

...when I close that next deal, I'll take a break

...but I exercise and take care of myself

...as soon as I make my sales goals I'll take it easy

...as soon as the market turns around my stress will go away

...I'll just slam a few drinks at the end of the week, that's my stress relief

I'll address these misperceptions later. For now realize that they have kept you from doing something positive for yourself. You can master stress even while maintaining your current daily load.

Unbelievable, I know, but it's true.

Again, most people do not fully grasp the notion that unhealthy stress accumulates subtly and slowly, without them even knowing it.

Unhealthy stress may be creeping up on you like snowflakes on a mountaintop, gathering strength only to come crashing down like an avalanche when you least expect it.

I witness this process routinely. Many accomplished, prosperous and intuitive people confide in me that their lives may appear ideal on the outside, but inside they are shipwrecks of stress and anxiety. They feel a constant insecurity about what they have accomplished and are driven by a restless desire that only causes more inner conflict, not greater success.

Is this you?

My purpose is to help you avoid that avalanche, and use that accumulated strength intentionally to empower your health, wealth, goals and dreams.

My friend, suffering the effects of stress is common in today's demanding world. It is not a sign of weakness or failure. Please get that notion out of your mind right now!

Let me give you an example of how stress can "sneak up" on you. Meagan, a professional woman in her mid-fifties, describes her experience like this:

"One day I was fine, the next day I was a wreck. I couldn't sleep, my anxiety was off the charts, my moods became uncontrollable, I began eating things I knew weren't good for me, but I couldn't stop. I gained weight. I got sick and couldn't recover. All of a sudden my career was over and I felt worthless."

One day Meagan was at the top of her game as a school superintendent and the next day she was applying for disability and could not speak without sobbing.

Do you think this breakdown really happened all of a sudden?

Did this bright, confident woman understand that stress accumulates unconsciously?

Could this happen to you?

Not if I can help it.

The winds of change are blowing at hurricane force now. This is why you should buy this eCourse now... so that you can step off the treadmill of stressful living and sing your melody to the world. Our world needs you to be healthy, balanced, creative and powerful. And it needs you now!

It is crucial for you to master the inevitable stresses of modern living so that you can regain your balance, inner peace, creativity and personal performance.

And it's more important than ever that you take steps now. Here's why...
