End of a relationship Loss of a loved one Being downsized An empty nest Career change Generalized angst Not living your passion If there is one thing we can say definitively about life is that change is always there. Just when we seem to get comfortable, something happens that disturbs our sense of self and security. Change is the only real constant in the dynamic of life. Moving through change and transition with ease, consciousness and grace becomes a valuable life skill. While most of the time we handle transitions in the best way possible, sometimes we get stuck and need help. Sometimes we're unclear which way to turn. Sometimes our emotions block us from moving on. Sometimes part of us wants to transit and another part wants to stay right where it's at. Sometimes we may even want to wallow in fear, pain or resentment, and at the same time, can't stand it. This doesn't mean letting go of fond memories, unless you want to. It doesn't mean forgetting what you've learned from the past. It doesn't mean giving up something meaningful like love or financial prosperity. It just means having all of you going in the same, deliberate direction with the full force and power of your creative being. The only question that remains is this:
